A defined system, an agreed scope, and a timeline set on the call. This isn't an ongoing embedded role (that's Fractional) and it isn't judgment without execution (that's Advisor). It's a project with an end date, priced for that project, not for open-ended access to my time.
I build the same way I'd build it for myself, because I do.
I designed, built, and personally operate a production system of 12+ autonomous agents spanning research, outreach, product operations, analytics, and DevOps, with a graph-backed knowledge layer and multi-model orchestration underneath.
At BriefCam, I owned features end-to-end: I specified its license-plate recognition as camera-agnostic (any camera, no per-installation configuration) and re-architected its video pipeline from centralized to distributed, edge-to-core processing. At Guardian Agents, I'm building a physical-AI healthcare-operations product from zero, doing the founder-stage work myself.

- How is pricing structured?
- We work that out on the call, based on scope and timeline. There's no published rate card here on purpose.
